Dear Paul, I am writing to say how grateful we are with the Loft conversion you have constructed for us. The finished article far exceeded our expectations and the quality of the craftsmanship has blown us away. We never in our wildest dreams thought that a dirty, dusty attic could be transformed into the best room in our house.
