“We just wanted to say a massive thank you for all the hard work you, and the lads have put in to our loft conversion.
From the outset you all made our lives as easy as possible. Even though all of our ceilings were being lowered, there was always minimum disruption to our bedrooms, which enabled us all to carry on sleeping here with four children (even if it was on the floor!)
We are so grateful for the way you managed the job, always calling round and calling us to check we were happy with how work was progressing. We felt that you always kept us in the loop with the next stages and what to expect and when we made any requests to you or the team, you were always accommodating and made us feel that nothing was too much effort for you guys.
Another thing that really impressed us was how well the fitters cleaned up any mess at the end of every day and ensured there was nothing lying around the children could hurt themselves on. We were expecting to come home from work faced with mess everywhere so was delighted to find that wasn’t the case. All the employees were also really nice guys who we were totally comfortable with having in our home every day and the loft conversion has been completed to, what we consider, a really high standard. We have had a lot of compliments (especially about the lovely new staircase) from everyone who has come for a look round.
We will be recommending you to anyone that is interested including one of Nick’s colleagues who should be in touch soon for a quote, and think that to have a loft conversion with two bedrooms and a bathroom, constructed, plastered, decorated and carpeted within 2 months, to such a high standard is way more than we imagined, so again thank you.
